This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Projects Senior Associate based in United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to help solve complex strategic and operational challenges within a rapidly scaling technology business. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering. The role spans strategic planning, business performance, operational improvement, and high-priority corporate initiatives. You will turn complex financial, operational, and strategic information into actionable recommendations that influence important business decisions. The position combines rigorous analysis with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to move from problem definition through implementation. You will also contribute to executive, board, investor, and other high-visibility materials that support the organization’s growth. This role is particularly well suited to someone with an investment banking, private equity, or consulting background who wants to apply their analytical toolkit in an entrepreneurial operating environment. Partner with executive leadership to identify, structure, and solve high-priority strategic and operational business challenges. Drive strategic projects from initial problem definition and analysis through recommendation, decision-making, and execution. Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives. Conduct financial modeling, business analysis, quantitative assessments, and data-driven research to inform strategic decisions. Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, growth, and organizational effectiveness. Support strategic planning initiatives, translating business objectives into actionable priorities, analyses, and execution plans. Prepare high-quality presentations, executive communications, board materials, investor materials, and other strategic deliverables. Help evaluate and advance new business initiatives and other high-priority corporate opportunities. Manage project timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure initiatives progress effectively from strategy to execution. Synthesize complex financial, operational, and strategic information into concise recommendations for senior decision-makers. Contribute to broader corporate initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, investor engagement, or other strategic priorities as needed. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or another highly rigorous analytical environment. Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience building financial models, conducting business analyses, and developing data-driven recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify key issues, and develop practical solutions. Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and strategic information into clear, compelling recommendations. Demonstrated experience developing polished presentations and executive-level materials for senior leaders, boards, investors, or clients. Strong project management skills and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and cross-functional teams. High level of ownership, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment.
