This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technology Implementation Professional based in United States. This role sits at the intersection of business needs, technology, and implementation, helping translate functional requirements into effective technology solutions. You will gather and document business and system requirements while influencing solution design to ensure strong alignment with organizational objectives. The position plays an important role across testing, implementation, operational readiness, and transition into production support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure solutions are thoroughly validated before deployment. The role offers exposure to complex systems and interconnected business processes within a technology-driven environment. Success requires strong business analysis capabilities, testing experience, and an ability to understand how systems work together. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with opportunities to contribute to meaningful technology improvements and business outcomes. Gather, analyze, and document business, system, and functional requirements to establish clear implementation objectives. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and influence system design to optimize functionality, usability, and ongoing support. Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts and other documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle. Coordinate and/or execute implementation activities associated with requirements, solution design, testing, operational readiness, and production transition. Support testing activities to validate that technology solutions meet documented business and functional requirements. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation activities. Apply appropriate Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies throughout technology implementation initiatives. Identify potential gaps, issues, and risks during requirements and testing activities and support their resolution. Coordinate the transition of completed solutions to the appropriate production support teams. Develop a strong understanding of how multiple systems and business processes interact to support effective implementation decisions. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working in a testing environment or related area. At least 2 years of experience applying Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies. Minimum 2 years of IT business analysis experience, including development and maintenance of business analysis artifacts. Hands-on experience with CAS claims processing . Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts and coordinating stakeholders toward shared objectives. Strong ability to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business and functional requirements. Ability to understand complex systems and the relationships between technology platforms and business processes. Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn how multiple systems and processes work together. For remote work, access to reliable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, along with a dedicated workspace suitable for handling confidential information. Occasional travel may be required for training or business meetings. Benefits Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, with actual compensation depending on geographic location, experience, education, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors.
