Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Consumer & Customer Experience Platform based in United States. This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping AI-powered customer engagement and sales enablement solutions at global scale. You will define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for strategic digital platform capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of product management, customer experience, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will translate complex customer and business needs into scalable products that deliver measurable commercial and customer value. Working across engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and business teams, you will lead through influence and align diverse stakeholders. The position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to shape innovative digital experiences across global markets. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle for strategic customer experience and engagement platform capabilities. Translate customer, user, and business needs into scalable digital products that generate measurable business outcomes and customer value. Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery using Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking methodologies. Shape AI-enabled capabilities such as personalization, intelligent recommendations, conversational experiences, and next-best-action solutions. Partner closely with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and other technical teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-quality products. Drive adoption of product capabilities across global markets and continuously evaluate their impact on customer engagement and business performance. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Champion customer-centric product management practices and contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of professional Product Management experience, including demonstrated ownership of complex digital products and platforms. 5+ years of experience working within Agile and DevOps environments. Proven ability to define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for technology-enabled products. Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical opportunities into valuable products. Strong understanding of customer experience, digital engagement, data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience building, scaling, or managing AI-enabled products and digital experiences is highly desirable. Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or customer engagement functions is preferred. Familiarity with Design Thinking and user-centered product development approaches. Ability to connect technology investments to measurable business value and communicate product impact effectively. Experience delivering products within large, complex, or global organizations is a strong advantage. Experience in Consumer Health, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
