Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to support recruiting efforts across Heritage Holding and its portfolio companies. This role is highly hands-on and offers direct exposure to sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in private equity, recruiting, or operations, looking to gain real experience working alongside leadership. Key Responsibilities - Support full-cycle recruiting across portfolio companies - Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach - Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines within Ashby ATS - Assist in drafting job descriptions - Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements Requirements - Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business or a related field - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving - Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - ATS experience desirable but not required
