And we’re looking for a Mandarin Speaking Executive Assistant to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents. 2. Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting Mandarin and English between parties. 3. Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues. 4. Coordinate with contractors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and issue payments. 5. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls. 6. Research and make optimal decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies. 7. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. 8. Perform other administrative duties as needed.
