Talent Marketing and Design Associate

Role Overview The Talent Marketing and Design Associate is responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and elevating the company’s employer brand across all recruitment-facing materials and campaigns. This role supports the Talent Marketing team by creating and improving visual and marketing assets that help attract applicants, promote the company as an employer of choice, and build stronger brand recognition in the hiring market. This person will handle the design, editing, and production of various recruitment marketing materials such as posters, banners, videos, social media content, presentations, event materials, and other branding assets requested by the team. The role requires both creativity and execution, with a strong eye for branding, consistency, and audience appeal.
