And we’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant - (Bilingual - Mandarin/Cantonese) to start immediately General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual – Mandarin/Cantonese) Industry: Law / Legal Services Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual General Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (highly preferred). The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting legal or professional services environments and is capable of managing documentation, communications, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Non-proximal hires (Visayas, Mindanao): Employees outside commuting proximity will remain fully remote. Training Arrangement: All new hires must undergo onsite training at the Makati office. After training and deployment to their assigned accounts, the hybrid arrangement will apply.
