And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Make outbound calls using power/parallel dialing systems. Leave curated voicemails and follow up with prospective clients. Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects. Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent follow-up. Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members. Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce. Utilize omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to manage prospect engagement. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role. • Experience using Salesforce. • Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems. • Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Neutral English accent (voice sample required). • Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
