About the Role We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to own Norton VPN and the broader portfolio of standalone point solutions — products that are strategically essential to Norton’s growth engine and financial performance. Norton VPN is a leading privacy and security product in a fast-growing market, with meaningful standalone traction and a critical role in the broader Norton ecosystem. This PM will be responsible for driving VPN growth, acquisition, and market share — while ensuring VPN strategy reinforces the path toward Norton 360. Equally important, this role will own Norton’s other high-impact standalone products: Norton Genie (on-demand scam detection), Privacy Monitor Assistant / PMA (data broker removal), device optimization tools (NUU/NDU) and more. These point solutions are not peripheral — they are a crucial component of Norton’s financial metrics, customer acquisition funnel, and lead generation strategy. They are often the first Norton experience a consumer has, and their effectiveness directly impacts subscription conversion, brand equity, and long-term customer lifetime value. This role demands someone who can manage a complex multi-product portfolio with commercial rigor, ecosystem thinking, and a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities VPN Growth, Acquisition & Market Strategy – Own the full product strategy for Norton VPN — defining the roadmap, driving feature prioritization, and setting the direction for growth and market share expansion in the VPN category. – Develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies for VPN — including channel expansion, trial experience optimization, conversion funnel improvements, and partner/OEM opportunities. – Monitor VPN market dynamics, competitor moves, and consumer behavior trends; translate findings into product and GTM decisions that keep Norton competitive and differentiated. – Think beyond the VPN standalone: ensure the VPN product and its users are strategically connected to the broader N360 ecosystem, designing pathways that naturally funnel VPN users into Norton’s core suite. Point Solutions Portfolio Management – Own the product roadmap and performance outcomes for Norton Genie (on-demand scam detection), PMA (data broker removal), device optimization tools (NUU/NDU) and more. – Treat these products as the acquisition and lead-generation engine they are — understanding their role in Norton’s financial model, pipeline metrics, and customer count strategy, and managing them accordingly. – Identify opportunities to improve conversion, activation, and cross-sell rates across the point solutions portfolio, working closely with marketing and data science to run and measure experiments. – Maintain high product quality and user experience standards across all point solutions — these are often a user’s first impression of the Norton brand. Ecosystem Integration & N360 Funnel – Design and own the product strategy for how standalone point solutions connect to the broader N360 ecosystem — ensuring these products serve as effective on-ramps to Norton’s core suite. – Collaborate with the N360 product team to ensure cohesive cross-product experiences, shared data signals, and well-designed upgrade pathways. – Define and track the metrics that measure ecosystem contribution: trial-to-paid conversion, cross-sell rates, VPN-to-N360 upgrade rates, and contribution to total subscriber count. Cross-Functional Execution – Partner with engineering, design, data science, and security research teams to build and ship product improvements with velocity and quality. – Align with marketing on acquisition campaigns, GTM messaging, and channel strategy for VPN and point solutions. – Communicate product strategy, portfolio performance, and roadmap priorities clearly to senior stakeholders — including executive leadership and cross-functional partners. – Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across product, commercial, and technical teams, balancing competing priorities w
