Roofer Journeyman and Foreman (production and service)

As a Roofer Foreman in production, you will be responsible for supervising the crew and ensuring safety and production on the installation of roofing systems on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings. As a Roofer Foreman in Service, you will ensure productivity on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofs on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings. Production Foreman Responsibilities: •Supervise and coordinate safe installation of commercial roofing systems (Modified Bitumen, BUR, TPO, EPDM, Coatings) on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings •Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for commercial roofing systems •Manage administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety reporting Service Foreman Responsibilities: •Drive company vehicle to the job site that requires the team to perform emergency roof repairs •Completing repairs, inspections, and leak detection on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings •Manage administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety reporting
