As a Seasonal Custom Boot Fitter at Backcountry Outlet, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier, personalized ski and snowboard boot fitting services. You’ll work hands-on with customers to assess fit issues, perform custom modifications, and ensure every skier or rider leaves with boots that enhance comfort, control, and performance.
