About the Role We’re looking for a Head of Development to lead our engineering organization and build AI-powered mobile products used by millions worldwide. You’ll work across Backend, Mobile, Frontend, and QA teams, driving technical strategy and execution from architecture decisions to product delivery. You’ll raise engineering standards, foster an AI-first development culture, and partner closely with leadership to scale both our technology and our team.
